Currently, Betenbough Homes builds in one Midland community, Mockingbird Ridge. Homes in Mockingbird Ridge range from 1,000 - 2,600 square feet with 2- 4 bedrooms and 2 - 3 bathrooms.
     
    Mockingbird Ridge is currently Midland's bestselling community with homes starting under $1,500/month.

    Betenbough Homes partners with Impact Title for all title, closing, and escrow services. Their team is dedicated to offering a world-class closing experience to sellers and buyers in West Texas through a proactive partnership approach.
